Phase two of updating this old 1877 JP home involved refurbishing it from a 60's two-family conversion, back to a single-family use and feeling. We relocated the stairs and added a master suite. To insure the longevity of the owner's investment, we also took care of a long-standing structural problem which involved one entire sidewall of the original house. When we were all done, our client had these generous words: "You are safe to conclude I'm very satisfied.
