These clients came to Gallagher Remodeling to redesign plans, they had previously developed, which could not be built due to cost and conservation constraints. In a triumph for the design-build method, we successfully customized their project to be more palatable to the conservation commission and to better fit their budget. Together, we realized their dream, and they now enjoy an elegant, functional kitchen and family room, with an adjacent deck, all overlooking a babbling brook, one of their property’s most appealing assets.
