This kitchen design turned a small screened-in porch into the eating area on the side of the wall close to you. A glass door leads out onto the back deck, helping to bring the backyard into the kitchen. The material choices kept the cost down on the kitchen: green FormicaŽ countertops with maple edge trim, maple cabinets, and vinyl flooring. Extras such as the maple wainscoting on the half-wall and the curved shelving add detail and interest.
