Initial Consultation:
During our first meeting with you, we will discuss your ideas and needs. Once we have a rough idea of what you want, we can cite similar projects for possible solutions and appropriate budgets, so you know what to expect for possible designs and for project costs.
Design:
Using the project description and budget as guidelines, you retain Gallagher Remodeling to complete your project from design through to full completion of construction. Our team (homeowner, designer, construction specialist) walks through a design process, which includes:
Measurement and interview with homeowners
Prioritized selections list of decisions we expect you would want to make, with supplier recommendations for representatives with whom we have built great relationships over the years
Live working presentation of our proposed design in three-dimensional color using highly a visual and flexible design software so options can be viewed and decided upon immediately.
This process insures your needs are met, and that value judgments can be made about options to control the budget. The result is a three dimensional design concept.

Remodeling Agreement:
From the design concept we are able to offer a specific, detailed scope of work in a written remodeling agreement for construction. Everything is spelled out and reviewed with you to identify remaining decisions or areas requiring more specificity or adjustment. Under this agreement, we complete an even more detailed iteration of design work, to further clarify the project, and to develop construction documents for permitting and construction.
Pre-Construction Walk Through:
Before construction begins, you meet on site with construction staff and the production manager to discuss the day-to-day logistics of our working in your home, typically while you live there! Clear channels of communication are established and any unique considerations we should be aware of are discussed.
Construction:
During the construction phase you work closely with the production manager. In addition, on-site meetings are scheduled with all appropriate design and production personnel. Throughout the process you receive regular updates as each aspect of the job is completed and notification of any details that need your attention.
Final Walk Through:
During the final walkthrough, you review every detail of the project. The competence and professionalism you come to count on during the renovation project continues in the years following completion. Our warranty is comprehensive and our clients know that we stand by our work.
